Helping

Obviously organising such a stunning event for the young members requires a great deal of help. If you are available and willing to lend a hand, either setting up beforehand, during the event, or tidying up afterwards, please let us know.

The Nitty Gritty...

When your booking form for the Christmas Experience has been completed and returned, you will receive a copy of the evening's visitor's schedule which will include you party, or parties. This will be done for two reasons.

Firstly, It's a good idea for all concerned to know what is supposed to happen!

Secondly, to emphasise that your co-operation in meeting designated times of arrival and registration is essential if all the children, and adults, are to have the maximum enjoyment from their visit to Santa's North West Headquarters.

As we're sure you can all appreciate, if your party is late then the whole organisation of the visiting schedule would collapse and detract from the pleasure of the event. Parties which do appear late (perish the thought!), will be sidelined to allow the following parties to proceed at their correct times. The late parties will then be fitted in as and when possible, for example; at the end of the evening schedule.

Please ensure that all the members of your party, or parties, are aware of the need for punctuality.

The aim is to present an evening of Christmas magic and wonder with no anxiety or cross words! This can be achieved with your help, toleration and willing co-operation. The format of the displays will follow a similar format to previous years, though some changes will be noticed by those who have been before. Last year it was noticed that some of the older children who had visited previously, and had lost the element of "Christmas Magic", were prone to spoil the anticipation of those who had not visited before. Please bear this observation in mind when assembling your party.

Be assured that we, Santa's little (?) helpers, want everyone to have a happy and memorable visit.
